Where does Measure ULA money go?
Measure ULA has brought in $1.37B since collections began in April 2023, including $545.2M in FY2025-26, the latest complete fiscal year. The House LA Fund, which receives the tax, has paid out $170.5M and has a further $78.7M committed under contracts and purchase orders not yet paid.
LAHD's per-sale dataset was last updated on Jun 9, 2026, and its records run through May 2026. LAHD's own ULA revenue dashboard has been updated since. The figures below by month, council district and number of sales come from the per-sale dataset and stop at May 2026. Totals by fiscal year come from the City Controller's revenue ledger.

What the House LA Fund has budgeted and spent
Measure ULA tax goes into the House LA Fund (fund 66M), which LAHD administers. Spent is money paid out. Committed is money reserved under contracts and purchase orders but not yet paid. Unspent money is budgeted again in later years, so one year's budget can include money from earlier years and the yearly budgets are not added together.
