City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC702166. (This matter involves a dangerous condition of public property arising out of a vehicle-versus-pedestrian traffic accident which occurred at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Sunset Avenue, in the City of Los Angeles.)
